- both are married so they are obviously under constraints to remain faithful to their partners
- they give in to their love but are constantly avoiding witnesses / making up stories to hide their love
- He is being sent to Cape Town (he’s a doctor) so they have to part ways
- On the last day before leaving, they meet up again. She is desperate and wants to jump in front of the train but stops right before.
- I felt it had similarities to In The Mood For Love which is also a movie of a couple that fell in love - difference though is that their partners were actually dating
